BENCH WARMERS

No one likes being a sub. And in footballing terms there is little worse than being a sub standing by the side of the pitch waiting to come on, shuffling on the spot to keep warm and then having frozen toes and an awful touch when you do eventually get on.

Wearing extra socks doesn't work; they make your feet somehow colder and your boots don't fit as well.

Boot: Outer

Blue lines - aluminium/brass 'threading' to help circulate heat around foot.

Focussing on toes, in-step, out-step and achillies.

Base/Outer Sole

Blue lines - rubber piping in sole of boot to be filled with warm/hot water.

Circulates heat to heel, ball and toes

Inner Sole

Red Lines - brass/aluminium threading in rubber insole - focussing the heat to heel, ball and toes.
